Colostrx CR (Colostrum Replacer) is designed to completely replace maternal colostrum for newborn dairy or beef calves. Colostrx CR was granted two claims by the USDA's Center for Veterinary Biologics.
Colostrx CR Colostrum Replacer has been formulated to ensure calves receive valuable immunity and crucial antibodies needed for survival. Colostrx CR has a USDA dual-label claim: To aid in the treatment of Failure of Passive Transfer (FPT) of immunity in newborn calves; and to aid in the prevention of death associated with E.coli K99. Colostrx CR is made with true first day bovine colostrum and can be fed as a replacement for maternal colostrum. Delivers 100g IgG, along with other important nutrients, including viable lactic acid bacteria, vitamins, and minerals.
FEATURES / BENEFITS
Aids in the treatment of "failure of passive transfer (FPT)" - the passage of the mother's immunity to its calf
Aids in the prevention of death associated by E. coli K99. Colostrx CR delivers 100 g of IgG protein.
SPECIFICATIONS
Each bag contains 100 gm bovine IgG.
Store out of direct sunlight in a dry location at or below 77?F (25?C).
Do not mix with other products, except as specified on the label.
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix 1 bag (470 gm) with 1 quart of warm water 110?-120?F. Feed within 2 hours of birth and administer a second feeding within 8 hours. Feed to calf by bottles, pail, or esophageal feeder. Packaging features instructions in English and Spanish.
